  Disappointing, received a vehicle with significant issues, stopped by next day to bring it up but they did not have any other vehicle for me. After the entire rental I brought it up to Enterprise Corporate to resolve, they referred to the location as they are somehow independent. Anyway, I had many good Enterprise Rentals before. Just not with this location.

  Usually enterprise is a no brainer for quality car rentals. Unfortunately my most recent rental experience was awful- rental car was filthy, smelled of smoke and drove like it smelled. I would have never expected the rental to have 70k+ hard rental miles on it! Come on Enterprise you know your customers expect better than this!

  After my car got side swiped they held a car that I wanted to drive while my car was getting fixed I'm very thankful and appreciate them.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. We rented a vehicle through Enterprise THREE times for Spring Break and all 3 times they canceled saying they did not have a vehicle for me. The last time I even reserved it through an agent to make sure there was a van available. Called the day of because we are running late to pick it up and they said "Oh, we have been trying to get ahold of you, we don't have a van for you." THE DAY OF PICKUP. No one tried calling me to notifyus that they didn't have a vehicle for us. Do better Enterprise.

  vehicle Thursday had to drive to Florida and Back. Vehicle was very clean. Well maintained, no issues with it at all. The associate Brendan. Was very helpful. With the renting and the returning of the vehicle would highly recommend this location?
