  Don’t use the Auburn Hills location; the new Manager Emily Umic is bad for business. Had the nerves to mention the mileage I put on the car. Why are you concerned with mileage when it comes with unlimited miles. I paid $328 a week to drive to the moon and back if I could get there. You work for a car rental place; this is not your vehicle. You should have been more concerned that the maintenance was overdue but since you didn’t want to switch me into another vehicle, you said forget the maintenance. Charged me for a full day for 3 hours after Michael told me the day before that I wouldn’t have to pay for that day. Emily kept saying she couldn’t rent the vehicle because I was still in it; so insisted on charging me for the full day for 3 hours. How about you can’t rent it again until you get the maintenance completed. She is rude and acting like I borrowed her personal car. Will never use this location again as long as Emily manages it. The prior Manager was a gem but got transferred. Emily need to take courses in Managing a business.

  I booked an 8-seat Premium SUV one month in advance. Three days ago, I received an email confirming that the car would be ready for pickup today at 10:00 AM. However, around 9:00 AM today, Michael from the Enterprise Auburn Hills location called to inform me that they did not have the vehicle I booked. Instead, he said he was holding a regular 7-seat SUV, which does not meet my needs. I explained that I specifically booked an 8-seat SUV because I have seven family members visiting from Italy, and I had already booked hotels and restaurants based on this reservation. Michael suggested that I could book another vehicle at Detroit Airport, which is about 40 miles away. I asked them to resolve the issue since the mistake was on their side, including arranging to bring the correct vehicle from another location. He said this was not possible and transferred my call to Enterprise customer support. As of now, no one has called me back. This experience showed a lack of professionalism and customer orientation. I strongly recommend avoiding the Enterprise location in Auburn Hills. They do not honor reservations and offer no real solutions when problems arise. If you need a specific vehicle, book at another location—but not this one!!!

  Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and No Accountability We had a reservation made 4 months in advance at the Auburn Hills location for a 7-passenger van. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we were told they could only offer a 5-seat car, which was completely unacceptable as we needed transportation for a group of 7 people. The entire point of reserving months ahead was to avoid exactly this situation. No effort was made to honor the reservation or find a suitable alternative. Emily, who was supposed to assist us, showed no customer service attitude and made no real attempt to resolve the issue—no alternatives, no escalation, no solutions. To make matters worse, no manager was available on site to support or intervene. This experience caused major inconvenience and stress and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time and planning. A reservation should mean something, especially when made well in advance. Very disappointed with the service at this location. I would not recommend relying on this branch if you actually need the vehicle type you reserved.

  Had a great experience because of the staff. Very kind and accommodating. 10/10 experience mostly because of the customer service. the car options were good too..
