I rented the only available vehicle on Sat, Sept 27 at 11:30 AM, and immediately the low engine oil light came on. The branch had already closed, and roadside assistance told me to go to DTW for a swap — over an hour away, which I couldn’t do. Next day, I was sent to Auburn Hills. There, Connor Armstrong was helpful and tried to fix the issue, but his manager, Marcellus Orta, was rude and dismissive, insisting I pay $150 extra plus a higher daily rate just to swap the faulty car they gave me. When I called customer service, they simply told me to try a third location. I’ve missed work trying to fix a problem Enterprise caused, and they’ve done nothing to make it right. Never renting from them again!!
