I was told it would be 45 min, & left for other options in my impatience, since I was grocery shopping & had numerous stops to make. The clerk said "we will be here if you need us". Other options for repair didn't pan out, so I went back at 6 p.m. I was told some techs went home, we are booked out 3 days, but come back at 8 and we will work you in; I said, I don't know what time you close (no reply from clerk)? In the meantime, I kept putting air in the tire, managed to switch cars with my husband in Rochester & he raced over to Belle Tire by 7:30, only to be told that 8 p.m. is the closing time & he couldn't be helped?! Husband put more air in the tire at the outside air station & had 20 lbs in the tire by the time he reached Ortonville. This is terrrible, terrible customer service in a serious situation. Granted, I should have stayed earlier at 5:30 for the repair-- not having any idea how long it would be (and would've needed a new tire), but DO NOT give the customer, who had metal in the side wall of the tire, an inaccurate story of what can be done for them. We bought a new tire the next morning from A & C in Ortonville. All the Belle Tire commercials about how great this tire store is, not so much. Yes, I am sure I will get a reply from "management"; this review is 100% accurate.

Fronts adjusted to 35 PSI / rears to 33 PSI and problem solved at no cost. That's what the label said and I have never heard of differential pressures. Thank you Nate and I will be back with my real problems.
- ELEkken LawDec 15, 20251.0I had a winter tire appointment set for 10 AM. This is a busy time of year for tire changes and I expected it to take some time. But I spent over two hours waiting in the lobby, and multiple people came in after me and left before me. Around the two hour mark I asked a worker how much longer? I was told at least another hour and i overheard multiple customers having similar work being done as my car and yet they have came in after me and left before.

I gave this location a call and they told me to bring the tire in for them to look at. Within about 30 minutes I got a call saying they had fixed the rim and the tire was holding air. I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful for their help! Everyone I talked to was super kind and helpful throughout the process.
