  The staff was so amazing. Tom is super professional & helpful. This location is a bit hidden by Meijers on Brown Rd…..but if you search Bell Tire in Auburn Hills, you will see the option on brown road! It is behind Aqua-Tots (swim school for kids) I’m super happy & in shock with my experiment they brought my old car to a new LIFE

  Great experience with Belle Tire today. When you go in, ask for Brandon. He took great care of me, help me select tires, wheel alignment, and an oil change, all within a span of two hours it was done. He kept me updated while I waited, the service was Awesome. Thank you Brandon!

  The # 1 Reason you should go to this Belle Tire is: The team here have hearts of service. They are not just techs or mechanics, they are genuinely good people. After the worst experience of my life at Discount Tire down the street, I babied my car over to this Belle Tire minutes before they closed. Not only did they stay to take care of me so I wouldn’t be left with more stress, I see one of the techs and recognize him. He helped my mom when her car died at a nearby store. 2 totally separate interactions with different people on this team, both of them cared about me as a human being more than their business hours or money. Thank you to Christian and Brandon. You both have the hearts of angels. Please don’t let this “every man for himself” world change your amazing hearts. 🤟❤️‍🔥

  It is a worst service. I did an alignment for my car and when i come to my car all the engine lights and everything was on. It has issue with ABS sensor , i called them and they said we are closing , can you come to next day ? And then i come next day , they are giving me bill of $600 and $1300 for the repair of those things which they cause. If i am allow to give minus rating i will do that. The manager Tom first said to me why you did not come yesterday and when i told him i called and you are closing , he wants to split the cost for this … ,

  Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location. Bought a set of tires, dealt with a slow leak afterward. Brought it back, they said they mist have bumped the valve stem during install. Get a new valve stem put on, get halfway home and tpms warning comes on. I cannot, they say keep driving it to see if it syncs. Kept driving, didnt work, brought it back it. They put a new tpms sensor on but can't get it to sync. Told me sometimes it takes a couple days. 2 days later, im sitting in a different belle tire lobby, 2 hours into a 10 hour trip. I can ignore the tpms warning that still hasn't went away, but the vibration was unbearable. So in summary, new tires lead to leaking valve stem. Valve stem repair kills my tpms sensor. Tpms sensor repair leads to botched balancing job. I give up.
