  First time at Uncle Ed’s superb service. I know I can be a slacker when it comes to my vehicle. Not enough hours in the day!! Went to Uncle Ed’s all the fluids and filters were checked I was shown the old filters vs the new filters. What service was recommended for my vehicle. The young Men were very thorough. I was freaked out when the air filter inside my car was pulled out and was so disgusting!!!! I swear it must have been the original 2021 filter placed in the car when made! I definitely recommend Uncle Ed’s. I will absolutely, positively return for all my oil changes. Very happy customer.

  want to give Jimmy and Jakari a round of applause 👏 for how they handled the pressure of working on multiple cars at once. They stayed focused, worked together as a team, and still managed to get everything done efficiently. You could really see their teamwork and determination in action—they didn’t let the workload slow them down at all. They stepped up, handled business, and got the job done right. Much respect to both of them!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stopped by Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe on Washtenaw this morning, and the service I received from Jimmy was nothing short of exceptional. The level of efficiency, professionalism, and energy he brought was honestly impressive to watch. He was handling multiple vehicles at once — smoothly and confidently — while still making sure every customer, including myself, was taken care of properly. What really stood out was his attitude. Even working alone, he stayed positive, friendly, and fully engaged with everyone around him. He kept the atmosphere light, had people laughing, and made the entire experience feel quick and enjoyable. On top of that, he made sure my tires were properly filled and everything was handled with attention to detail. At one point, I even heard him downstairs singing along to a song 🎵 — and he has a marvelous voice! It just showed how comfortable, upbeat, and passionate he is while working. If you’re looking for fast, high-quality service, Jimmy is the one you want. In and out in under 10 minutes, without sacrificing care or professionalism. Jimmy is highly professional in both his services and customer care. Honestly, with the work ethic, customer service, and leadership he shows, I have no doubt that if Jimmy ever opens his own oil change shop, he would be incredibly successful — possibly even outperforming Uncle Ed’s itself.
