  The customer service is outstanding! Each person I interact with is very polite, and knowledgeable, issues have been handled quickly. Jay in service is very responsive, and is great at keeping me informed, and even helped resolve an unusual ongoing issue I had. They always wash my car after service, which is a common gesture, but I appreciate it nevertheless. Good job service dept.!!

  First service call since moving across state. All staff were friendly and attentive. Ordered parts to resolve my issue. Service manager consulted with me several times during the process. I was very pleased.

  Sesi Volvo in Ann Arbor did a great job of servicing my 2008 Volvo and addressing my concerns. I brought it in for some preventative maintenance and an oil change and they were very thorough, suggested a few replacements, stayed on their proposed schedule and presented me with a bill that seemed perfectly reasonable. No sales pressure. Thanks Sesi.

  First time customer, had a outstanding recall, plus cruise control was inop.! Took care of recall, plus update on comp. system which corrected the issue. Treated very well as I waited for vehicle. Thank you. Andrew 2025 Volvo XC 90.

  Pleasantly surprised at the level of service and professionalism the staff I encountered at Sesi Volvo displayed. Thank you for providing a level of service I will not soon forget. It started with the young lady who answered my call to schedule the appointment...very pleasant person (did not get her name). Jay and Scott in service were both friendly and courteous. I'd like to also shout out my Certified Tech Mike...very personable and knowledgeable, made me feel at ease as it related to the repairs needed on my vehicle!!! Oh and I can't forget to say Thank to Ron (shuttle driver) for the ride home and great conversation! Thank you all and thank you Sesi Volvo Cars!!
