  MDP, Mike, Kim, and the whole team has been awesome. They have taken care of our two Subarus from oil changes to advising to make sure we using our warranties before suggesting additional work. Highly recommended!

  I was hopeful to use this shop after reading the good reviews and appreciated the gentleman that answered my call was respectful, but was disappointed over their refusal to provide a simple quote for a transmission flush over the phone after providing make and model. Prices can vary significantly from one shop to another and I just wanted a simple price before committing to an appointment so I wouldn't waste my time or this shops. Instead, I'd have to make an appointment, take my time to drive to your shop, just to then find out a price for a basic service? I would totally understand not wanting to quote a price if I'm calling about a complex service job that would be hard to price without seeing the vehicle first. But to refuse to provide basic service quotes over the phone is a red flag. This is the first shop I've encountered that wouldn't provide a quote for a routine non complex service. Imagine calling to get pricing on an oil change (another basic service) and this shop says they won't tell you over the phone. You have to show up in person and find out. It is frustrating from a customer perspective

  They were quick and informative. I brought my car in for a transmission service and flush and they were fair with pricing as well. The gentleman working the front desk was very kind and offered me drinks and snacks while waiting for my car to be done

  I have been bringing multiple cars to MDP Auto Tech for years. They are consistently reliable, honest, and dedicated to quality. I have had them successfully work on both engine and electronics issues.

  MDP Diesel is excellent. Enough said. They do things right here. They are professional, prompt and always communicate. I was sent a thorough review of my vehicle, video included! A few weeks later, my wife heard a noise coming from the front wheels. We dropped it off thinking it may have been a product of the recent maintenance. They took time out of their schedule to look over the vehicle, make sure things were good. The noise was unrelated, and after some minor lubrication, the noise was gone. They didn’t charge me a thing. They sent me home with a complimentary bag of cookies. Take notes other auto repair shops, these guys have it figured out!
