- VGVersaFire Guitars1 day ago3.0It’s hard too contact anyone. Be ready to wait a hr to talk to someone the feel lucky to understand who answers. I was given 3 bad emails to get reimbursed and still have not been reimbursed for towing after 2 month due to their system being down. The machine is older and it has gave a incorrect reading that they charged $80 for and the state suspended my license and the hearing to clear it up will take over a month to have it so no license for that time plus a charge due to their system machine malfunctioning saying I missed a test. I would look elsewhere for this service.

After the installation, later on that evening I noticed my brake lights wouldn’t go off. I called Matt and he was so quick to tell me to bring my car in so he can make sure everything was connected properly. This was after hours as well. He made me feel at home while he fixed the issue and sent me on my way 😃 fantastic service!
