  I’m very happy with the repair — my car looks like new again. The body shop team kept me updated throughout the entire process and took great care in fixing my car. Special thanks to Taunya, the adjuster from Liberty Mutual, for making the claim process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism really helped ease my emotions during a difficult time. This was my first car accident (caused by another driver), and both the body shop team and Taunya made the whole experience much easier. I truly appreciate their help and excellent service!

  Clear transparent communication, got my car fixed quickly and returned to me cleaner than I got it! Took a few days to get the car repair estimate going, but I'll blame that on insurance.

  Unreal. I've lived in southeast Michigan all my life. Ive NEVER experienced such good service from a car/auto shop. Combined with Geico and it worked so smoothly after the accident.
