Eddie and the team at the Ann Arbor Airport Enterprise absolutely live up to the customer service expectations of Enterprise & National! Wider selection of vehicles at this location than the other Enterprise branches in Ann Arbor.

Rented a mid-size SUV from this location for a trip over spring break and had absolutely no problems. The SUV was well-kept, clean, and dependable during the trip. Kayla C was the branch manager on duty when I dropped the car off after my trip and she was super friendly and efficient. Not to sound too nosy, but while waiting in line I also overheard her on the phone with another customer who had been inconvenienced by something, and she was seriously going above and beyond to rectify the situation and make the customer happy.
I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for car rentals. There is a small downside to this location, and that is that it is just a small counter inside a small airport, so there is sometimes a line of customers or a few minute wait for your car to arrive. Just make sure you arrive a bit early to compensate for this.

I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to walk in and quickly get a great deal on an excellent vehicle. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism-definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be choosing Enterprise again in the future.

If you want helpful, friendly, and competent service, then this is NOT the place for you. After several phone calls about availability, pick up and drop off times, etc, I booked a reservation for an elite luxury suv, specifically for 6 people. I received a confirmation email and number. However, when I arrived to pick up the car the unfriendly man at the front desk said that they don’t actually have a car for me. They did not bother to call and tell me before I arrived. The manager (Kayla) heard me questioning how they didn’t have the car that I had reserved over a week ago, and simply said “well we just don’t have anything”. Not she or the man offered any help or any apology, then had the audacity to say I was rude and disrespectful when I asked “so we just don’t have to do our jobs anymore?”. I did my job. I called that store several times to ask questions before I booked online (which I got told to do every single time I called, “book online or on the app, it’s much easier”) I made the reservation, got the confirmation, and even added rental insurance to my policy. They did not do their ONE job, which was to have the car there ready to be picked up.
So, no I do not recommend enterprise, especially the Ann Arbor airport location, unless you are looking to be told you are rude for being upset that they are not providing you with the one service they offer, then asked to leave.
