  Completely disappointed. I reserved a very specific 'class' of vehicle for a business trip. Confirmed the 2 specific makes & models it could be (for that class of vehicle) with Enterprise (in advance) for this location. When I got in to pick up the car, it was not only 'not' there, but the onsite people said that they don't even have that 'class of vehicle' at this location and offered an inferior vehicle at the same price. Wow! I would expect way more competence from an established company like Enterprise. The CEO should be ashamed of herself allowing things like this to happen. 100% Incompetence, a horrible experience and a total waste of my time. Will never be trusting or using Enterprise again.

  This morning I was scheduled for a rental car I was picked up from the body shop which the driver was great but once I arrived to the enterprise on Washetnaw in Ann Arbor I was told that none of my debit cards could be used I was very disappointed because I was stranded over the phone I was told a debit or a credit card would work no one said that the debit card had to be specific. I have an insurance job to be done and my insurance company allowed me the funds to get the rental car but because the information was not given to me properly by enterprise personnel I was up the creek without a paddle..I tried to use all resources and still was denied because of a $50 deposit I am very saddened by the staff and even was told that my mother couldn't get the car although we are on the same policy I have three jobs and will not be able to get to work today because of this

  As usual, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the pickup and return process very smooth. We especially enjoyed driving the Outlander. It was comfortable, spacious, and handled the long drive really well. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to renting from you again. See you soon.

  The staff was very polite & very accommodating. Pick up & Return was a breeze. Car was clean & drove great!
