Seemed unusual because all the other places will just sell you what they recommend but he evaluated my car's needs and told me what I needed. I give these guys a five-star for sure

Last summer I had gotten an oil change at this Uncle Ed's which I thought went well. However, shortly afterwards (while driving on the freeway) my heat-shield came off my car as it was not secured properly. This resulted in it being bent and broken to the point I had to get a new one. I was left very dissapointed, and now realize this problem is more common here than I thought. That being said, I have since returned to a seperate Uncle Ed's on Plymouth Rd., and had a phenomenal experience there. If you go in for an oil change, make sure to ask they double check the heat shield security!!
