It usually can be a bit much (like over the top but I understand), but this time the person seemed so annoyed that I was there. They did their upselling, which I agreed to, but then there were over $30 in labor charges that I was never told about. I plan on disputing this with my credit card since I was charged without being told I would be, but I wanted to give the company a chance to respond first. In total, my bill was over $170 for an oil change, air filter, and coolant top-off. Not worth it, and they lost a customer.
