First they were prompt in arrival after speaking with them by phone. The driver was knowledgeable & courteous. He knew what he was doing & handled the problem. The whole experience reminded me of Mallecks gas & service station that was a very loved business in Ann Arbor for decades. To bad Grants/Smiths Servise business does not have gas.
