  I came to pick up the vehicle when they siad it was completed. When I got the Gerber Collision to pick it up the car had not been detailed. Body shop dust all over the inside of the vehicle. Deer guts all over the car still. So I went back in to say how unhappy I was with the cleaning the man siad we can do it again. I said yes please, I know your wife would not except this clean job eater, would she? So I come back the next day they did nothing to the vehicle to make it right and did not care that the cleaner did not clean it properly. Just said that what happens when you hire a millennial. WOW But I just hit another deer and I won't be coming back to your shop. Wagner Road Gerber Collision really sucked. Thanks for letting me detail my own vehicle. No we won't be going back.

  After my three month old Prius was damaged by an uninsured motorist running a stop sign, both my insurance company and my auto dealer recommended Dusty's West, so I set up to have repair work done here. It wasn't until after I'd dropped the car off and needed to call to advise them I left something in the vehicle that I saw the large number of negative reviews. I was a bit nervous but had already committed to them doing the work. Through the entire process I found everyone that I spoke to at Dusty's to be professional and courteous. Brandon in particular was awesome to work with. When I got my car back I couldnt even tell that it was a different door - it looked as good as new. On top of that, they fully detailed the car inside and out which I didn't expect. I realize that obviously some folks have had bad experiences if they are leaving one star reviews, but based on my own experience I would absolutely give Dusty's my return business and recommend them to family and friends.

  Well after some hesitation of reading the poor reviews written, I had called and spoke to very friendly attendant there with some concerns of having my car detailed. I need to have some paint removed on the exterior of my car and have some rail dust removed out of the clear coat. Fully explained everything to the attendant on the phone and she said sure no problem please bring your car in and we will take a look at it. I had brought my car in early that Saturday morning. After a very short wait. I spole to a woman and explain the details and she took a look at my car and then regretfully told me that they would not be able to handle my problem but the shop next door would. But it being a Saturday that shop was closed so I would have to bring my car back another time to have them assess the situation. About a half an hour after I left the shop they did give me a call back telling me that they would be able to handle the problem that I was having and if I would like to bring my car back that day they can take a look at it. I wasn't able to bring my car back in that morning and she said no problem they will give me a call and set up a time when the shop manager could look at my car. I had never received a phone call back from them so they could take a second look at the car. It's really funny because prior to me leaving I did speak to the lady about the poor reviews of their auto shop that I had seen here. Well if always true and what I went through then I could see why there are poor reviews on their shop. I do understand that you cannot make everyone happy and that every individual is different. But I would like to think that if you did work at any place of employment for any duration of time you should know your job well enough to be able to give the correct advice and to also follow through to make sure that another poor review is not left.
