  The team at Gerber recently took care of some significant accident damage for us and did a beautiful job. They were kind, helpful and communicative every step of the way, and were even able to help out with some extra requests (thank you again!) highly recommend!

  Exceptional service from start to finish. Quentin and his team at Gerber Collision and Glass made what began as a stressful ordeal—our Honda CR-V was rear-ended, and we had to pay out of pocket due to no collision coverage—into a truly positive experience. Quentin stood out for his honesty, empathy, and fair pricing. Despite delays in funding and supply chain challenges, he kept us informed, managed our expectations, and kept costs reasonable. When additional repairs were needed, he was transparent and never pushy. The team completed the work ahead of schedule with excellent quality, and Quentin proactively arranged for us to return for minor outstanding parts. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a provider—highly recommended for turning a crisis into a reassuring, uplifting process.

  My car was recently repaired, and the rear wheel rim was replaced. I drove it home, where the speed limit is 35 mph, and I didn’t notice any problems at that time. The next morning, I planned to drive to Detroit with my 3-year-old toddler. About 10 minutes into the highway drive, I noticed the car was shaking and the steering wheel felt wobbly. Initially, I assumed it was due to high tire pressure, so I stopped at Belle Tire to have the pressure reduced. What I discovered there was shocking—a bolt was missing from the repaired wheel. I was terrified and immediately drove back home. Now, I’m unsure how much damage may have been done to the rim, stud, or other parts of the wheel. I chose this repair shop because of their high ratings. However, they put our lives at serious risk. A shop with such a strong reputation should never make this kind of mistake.

  My car looks amazing, they quoted me fairly, were efficient and quick and in the day of pick up were extremely kind. It was a cold day and they turned my car on for me ahead of time, and when I was scraping the glass one of the men came out and helped me. It’s not just the big picture of walking away with a fixed car, it’s the little details in between of being treated like a human and looked out for. Would highly recommend.
