Between swapping our vehicle to fit our families needs and ensuring that we had all documents necessary this was a great place to rent from I definitely recommend it. Also, special shoutout to Ali who works there. He has been absolutely amazing from the first rental we received up until the fifth and final (for now 😂). Anytime I ever need another rental this will be the place I go! Ask for Ali!!

- LMLissy MarieOct 20, 20251.0apparently other people have complained about the same thing in previous reviews. wow not only did the car i got run like complete crap but i was charged $300 for a cleaning fee after i apparently smoked in the car. the service light was on from the moment i got it and was accompanied by a slipping transmission. let me mention this rental sat in my driveway not even driven for 2 days before i returned it. nor did i even smoke in the car. Then they proceeded to try and take ANOTHER $300 from my credit card which was thankfully declined by my bank. i’ve come here numerous other times with no issue so im super upset i’ll have to go elsewhere out of town for my next rental.
