When I picked up my rental from the Enterprise Washtenaw Ave location on 12/30/25, it was a virtually a brand new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica, with only 5542 Kilometers on it! This vehicle by far met my expectations & needs! Although, with the branch manager, Aaron Thompson... not so much!!! He began telling me that if I were to be in an accident with this essentially new vehicle... I'd be responsible for the damages, even if it was someone else's fault!!!
Well, I freaked out, thinking that I couldn't afford such a situation! So, I opted for Enterprise's full coverage at $19.99 / day. And after some 30 days with their rental... I had shelled out $600 for their full coverage which, (unbeknownst to me), my State Farm Insurance would've covered for me, with already having full coverage on my damaged personal vehicle!!!
Although, the branch manager, Aaron Thompson, knew that I was fully covered! And I knew he was lying through his teeth, when stated while he has Progressive Insurance, where they wouldn't cover such rentals! So, I looked it up and... YES THEY DO!!! That's in regards that you have collision and comprehensive coverage on your personal auto policy, while your vehicle is be repaired!
Consequently, Aaron Thompson, is a LIAR and WILL do ANYTHING to MAKE a BUCK & SCREW his CUSTOMERS!!! So, I would highly suggest that you stay as far away from the Enterprise on Washtenaw Ave, in Ypsilanti, as you can!!! I would go to Hertz Car Rental instead! You have to go through the lobby of the Sheraton Hotel, at 3200 Boardwalk Dr., but it should be well worth it! And you can grab a cup of free coffee as your navigating past their hospitality area! And that's "Light Years" from any hospitality you can expect from the Enterprise Brach Manager, Aaron Thompson!!!
