  I would give zero stars to Enterprise at 4555 Washtenaw Ave if I could. Three of the four staff were combative, bullying, and dishonest. Answers kept changing. Reasons why I couldn't rent a small car kept changing. One of the three times I had to be there, I overheard another customer say the plates on his vehicle did t match the car's registration. They swapped my Pacifica van for a 'smaller' car that I didn't realize was a luxury car that cost $20 more per day. I had been very clear from the start that I wanted something small because I might need a rental for some time, paid for by insurance but with limits. I needed to keep costs down. I was told they don't have small cars this time of year. When I saw some in the lot, I was told one was for a corporate customer and another needed an oil change. Every single interaction felt as slimy as could be.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Washtenaw was very professional. Jack helped me out the whole way through and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent a vehicle. The affordability was on point as well.

  This is my go to spot for rentals. Their whole staff is awesome! Aaron , the manager, went above and beyond for me to make sure I was in a safe rental exchange after driving the original one to a different state and I appreciate him so much! I wish the staff at the other enterprise locations I visited ( Scottsdale AZ) were as accommodating to their customers as he is. He ( Aaron) got on the phone with them and made sure I was taken care of and I am so grateful!

  Had really great experience with recent rental. Just returned Chrysler Pacifica minivan today. I’d had for a whole week. Three young men, who work at this location, were all kind and courteous. They called me to make sure I was still going to rent, and exactly what I needed, week after I booked it, and again two weeks before my rental pickup date. The one that personally worked with me, gave me his card, before leaving, and informed me to call if anything came up….problems etc, with the vehicle. I had no problems returning vehicle. He checked gas amount & vehicle exterior/interior, and even asked how my holiday went. They all went above and beyond, and made sure my rental experience went well. I’d definitely rent again, and refer others to this location. 5-stars throughout entire rental experience!! Thank you again to The Washtenaw Ann Arbor, MI location and to Enterprise for making my rental experience go over smoothly and efficiently.
