    We walked in right before closing time and there were two other customers there as well, and the young woman that was working the counter did a phenomenal job helping everyone. She was patient and professional. I won't hesitate to use Enterprise again the next time I rent a car.

    Was feeling pretty bummed after a no-fault hit-and-run left my car in the shop, but these folks completely turned my day around and cheered me up. They picked me up straight from Gerber Auto Collision and had me driving off in a 2025 Mustang rental in under 30 minutes. Super fast, super smooth. 🙏🔥 The team was friendly, efficient, communicative, and provided a direct callback support. They even helped me clear off snow from the car after a surprise snowstorm-little things like that really go a long way. I'll be sticking with Enterprise from now on. Their customer service is top-tier, and they absolutely blow Hertz out of the water. No contest!👑

    Very slow service. No cars were available for people who had reservations days in advance. They had to drive to other locations to collect vehicles for people. After waiting an hour and a half, the vehicle I got was dirty.

    I'm giving two stars for the guy that helped us. OTHERWISE, THIS PLACE HAD ABSOLUTELY ZERO VEHICLES READY FOR AN ENTIRE LOBBY OF PEOPLE THAT HAD SCHEDULED TIMES. THE CAR WE GOT IS DIRTY AND UNACCEPTABLE AND IT WAS THE ONLY CHOICE WE HAD. THIS IS MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AN ENTERPRISE LOCATION.
