  I have always appreciated the honesty and timeliness of Belle tire. My last two visits were not great. In 2025 they said I needed new brakes so I had them replaced but I am certain they were not ready by talking to the person who replaced them previously. This last week I took my car in for a leaky tire. They sent it out to be repaired, fine. But then they said I need my driver lower control arm replaced. $800 but price was negotiable. I said no to repair because the vehicle is 15 years old. I picked the van up and my low tire pressure light was STILL on. They did not bother to fill the tire(s) and they took apart some things but left the parts on my passenger seat. I took the van to Hoover Auto to get an assessment. The lower arm control DID NOT need replacing. I used to trust the mechanics word at Belle but I’m starting to feel scammed.

  if i could give it a negative review i would. they tried to say my car was a “total” loss but didn’t even bring it in the bay. didn’t even pop the hood as it was still covered with snow from the day before. took it to a shop down the street. it’s just a LOSE HOSE CLAMP explaining why there was oil on the ground. you had the audacity to try to scam someone out of 11k for a “new engine” when it wasn’t needed. GO TO THE SHOP DOWN THE STREET

  Called 15 minutes out while sliding around on 94 with no appointment and a plane to catch. I said we were short on time but didn’t feel comfortable driving in that weather without new tires. Sam was the man! He squeezed us in with the best customer service I’ve received in a long time, and the technician had us out of there in 20 minutes! It was incredible. They both deserve a raise. Thank you again, Sam!

  I don't usually write reviews, but felt I needed to. We brought my son's car in for new tires because he was having trouble in the snow and the car really didn't feel "stable." We mentioned this at drop off. Within an hour Jerry called me to tell me that they had found an additional problem that was contributing to the poor handling of the vehicle. The problem could have been catastrophic eventually for my 16 year old son who is new to driving. He was able to get the part in that day and fix the issue and get the new tires put on. I can't tell you the sense of relief we had knowing that this problem that could have been unsafe for my kid was resolved. He even saved the damaged control arm to show us how significant it was. We noticed a change in the handling of the vehicle when we drove out and feel so much better as parents. Jerry went above and beyond what we expected and took the time to give his car a thorough inspection when he could have just rushed through the job and missed something that could have potentially been fatal. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back for future needs.

  I bought my last set of tires here instead of costco - they did beat the costco price, but I did not pay for their tire protection plan which comes standard with costco tires - though costco prorates their tires - belle it is more like tire insurance - When they installed my tires they were able to talk me into a one year alignment plan - I have used it three times - so it has paid for itself - but my last visit just left a really poor impression on me. I mentioned it was making a noise when cold and hitting bumps. They came to me within 15 minutes of arrival with a quote for an all new suspension system on the car for almost $2k. When I said I did not have time to do it tonight, I was forcefully offered a ride home. When I said I thought that was expensive - I was forcefully offered a credit card. When I finally said - look, I am not paying $2k on your say so, I was finally left alone. I hate saying no three times. Took my car to Japanese Auto - the noise - 1 broken front right sway bar - part $20 labor $300 - noise I was complaining about - all gone. Japanese auto says my suspension is "fine, if not excellent" - This would be a one star review - but my second alignment went perfect and no one tried to upsell me any service or fabricated any problems with my vehicle. In general - this place has a solid reputation - Costco and Japanese Auto have both recommended them in the past, hard sale tactics and pressuring your customers will sink that reputation.
