- EREden roseDec 6, 20251.0The employees here were kind until they weren’t. This place is such a joke. Kept promising my tires would be put on at certain times and then kept failing to do so. After my car being there for over 24 hours they told us they didn’t didn’t have the tires to put on it yet. We said to put the spare tire back on (that’s what was on it when we dropped it off) so we could take it somewhere else & I could get to work on time. At pickup, not only did they have the flat tire on it, the lug nuts weren’t torqued, and the air cap was gone. When I went in they said they couldn’t put the spare on and my best bet would be to put air in it myself. Which was not an option considering the tire won’t hold air. We had to put the spare on ourselves in the middle of the parking lot. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your time. We went to Brighton belle tire instead and they got us a better deal anyway.

Arrived and was told that they won't honor the appointment because its a tire issue. No kidding. You're belle TIRE. I realize that you make more on other work but thats ridiculous service.
- KHKriste HDec 1, 20251.0Belle Tire has a "meet or beat price" sales pitch. I found a set of tires for $100 less at another location so Belle Tire met that price. However, when it came to the "free" alignment on the new tires they told me I had something wrong in the front end of the vehicle and they couldn't do the alignment. Cost of the alignment: approx $100. Hence I paid their original price with no alignment. About a month later I took the vehicle to the Chevy dealer and had the front end item checked by a certified mechanic and got an alignment. Guess what...nothing loose. Don't fall for the meet or beat pricing.
- MSMortar ShelNov 24, 20255.0My car decided to have somewhat of a meltdown. He got fixed, but unfortunately an adjacent bit didn't like behaving, and needed more fix. The Belle Tire folk were MAGNIFICENT in the face of my car being a Diva. They sorted the secondary issue quickly and without extraneous cost. These folk did all they could to make my van feel better, AND not bloat fees, and I love them.... I may or may not owe my firstborn, but since my second born is in school to be a mechanic, I think I have wiggle room. :)
