Maliek was so helpful! There were three staff in the store but he was doing everything from checkout to answering the phone to using the fix finder. I had to wait a few minutes since he was covering all the jobs but he was very kind and helpful when it was my turn. Wish the other employees were helping customers so the wait wouldn't have been as long.

Went for a simple engine scan. Older gentlemen had an attitude as soon as I asked for a scan. After retrieving the codes he threw the scanner in the trash after getting frustrated at the screen. His coworkers took it out of the trash and told them it's not the devices and it was him doing it incorrectly. On the way outside I could tell he was extremely frustrated for having to scan twice. Then he said he can't scan after the device stated that it couldn't find any codes. All he had to do was follow the steps that his coworkers tried to assist him with. He Then began going on a rant about how he's the assistant store manager blocking my door to leave. Other coworkers seemed to have good customers service.
