She called and got an appt the next day. I was relieved as I didn't know if the broken glass would hold in our Michigan weather. I came in and was warmly greeted by staff. They assisted me in filing my claim over the phone. I waited in their cozy waiting room. In a short while I was on the road again. So friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend.
