Instead, she responded by threatening to send our invoice to collections. Despite multiple requests, she refused to provide her supervisor’s contact information, which led us to escalate the matter to Penske Customer Care. They provided the contact details for her supervisor, Bridget, who listened to our issues regarding the invoice and Shannon’s unprofessionalism. Unfortunately, her response dismissed our issue with the invoice and failed to address Shannon’s conduct. We then followed up with a second, direct inquiry about Shannon and she decided not to even respond. Both Shannon and Bridget demonstrated poor customer service and do not reflect well on Penske. Thankfully, the Customer Care team took time to properly investigate the issue, confirmed the pre-existing ignition damage on the vehicle which dated back to 05/24 and credited the invoice. We believe both Shannon and Bridget should be retrained or formally reprimanded and we will continue to contact all of Penske's management until one or the other of these things happen.
