If it was the big city, I’ve experienced enough to know most automotive service/tire companies lie when it serves them. But in a small town, honesty is generally found due to how fast word spreads. According to the guy working the front desk, due to missing a tire rotation our tires were past rotation and would do nothing but cause a ruff ride if they rotated them. And rather than giving us the option of a rotation or not, they made the decision to not rotate them. So needless to say, I’ll never purchase tires or service from Belle Tire Adrian!
