- MCMichael CasperFeb 22, 20262.0Don’t expect parts to show up on time if they need to order them from the hub location. Order 4 ABS sensors for my truck. I ordered them last evening, All of them needed to be ordered from the hub location. The guy working told me 9am they would be at the store. Show up around 12pm and the guy working said they don’t get the job delivery’s until 1pm. Ok, so I com back at 1pm wait in the parking lot till 1:15 pm. Just to give them some time just incase ya know? The guy told me no they have not arrived yet. We’re kind of at the mercy of them getting here when they get here. The whole reason why I ordered them from AutoZone is because they said they could get them there before Advanced auto, which I usually always go to and O’Reilly, which is my second choice. But I went with AutoZone because they said they could get them there by 9 AM the next day. If you’re planning on working on your vehicle at a certain timeframe, I wouldn’t expect things to show up on time..

- JJJacobDec 11, 20255.0Went in to do a warranty replacement on my battery because it completely died on me, they let me know it was bulging and a couple reasons for why that is happening and that I should take it to my mechanic to get it checked out. They let me use their tools so I could swap it out in the parking lot, they were very knowledgeable and hospitable. I forgot who specifically helped me out, but everyone on shift was equally as helpful, good customer service. They also sold me that dialectic grease and ring kit that I forgot to ask for.
