  Today I experienced a very rude, condescending and out right not professional contact with a male employee. He came off with his...I've been here for 12 yrs so I know. Just a horrible way to talk to and treat a potential customer. Trying to give his assessment of my car/ tires from inside the building. No thank you. I told him I don't want him near my vehicle. You just lost a potential customer.

  These guys are yhe ones you want to be working on your vehicles. No nonsense at all trying to sell cab air filters for the new truck you barely have miles on. They are great and friendly people

  Through and honest. Replaced our tire quickly with care for the car. Also fixed out tire sensors for a fair price and helped us out of a rough spot. We will definitely return for more service.

  Showed up today 02/26/26 for a scheduled alignment. I called two days ago and let them know that I was getting new front shocks and would need an alignment after and also that I HAVE A WARRANTY I purchased for the alignment. During the alignment, the guy comes in and says "your tires needs aligned and is out of alignment" it's going to be $170 to fix. I said , I have a warranty. This is where his attitude came in and he goes on to say, "You need to let us know that when you walk in the door", I reiterated that I let them know when I made the appointment. His reply, " Well were super busy so you need to let us know! Ummm no, not my job to tell you twice and if you want to know, how about asking when someone checks in or looking it up yourself? I'm done dealing with attitude at this location and I wont be back. We have 4 cars that need serviced and they won't be coming to Belle Tire ever again, Hello Discount Tire or whoever else that doesn't talk down to their customers. This is the second incident I have had a this location and it is the last for me. Service wise I couldn't be happier, customer service wise very disappointed. I will say the new guy from Toledo that was there today was very polite and courteous and I think he went out of his way after watching his co worker be a complete idiot! Kudos to him!

  I went in to have my tires checked cuz I couldn't keep my car on the road it was all over the place. Told the young man that waited on me my problems. He showed me some tires and picked out the best ones and I bought them. Then I asked if I get alignment on my car too he said Yes ma'am you can. I am extremely impressed with their service and the guy that waited I mean I forgot his name sorry. They were fast and extremely nice to me. My car drives like a new one now No more worries. Thanks Belle tire.
