- LNLorewyn NightOct 21, 20251.0This place is a joke now, there was a lovely lady name Autumn I think. She took care of this place and now she is gone. Some guy named Blake took over. He is beyond rude and unprofessional. I only wanted her working on my vehicles. She was efficient and knowledgeable in her work and truly cared about the store and it's customers. She was always honest when things would take longer than expected and if she didn't know how to do something she was honest about that too but would recommend some awesome places that could do what she couldn't. I showed up on her birthday and she was running the shop in the dark. They didn't even close the shop down due to the power outage that had lasted almost a week and her dedication to helping people she stayed and kept the place open and did everything with hand tools that she could do. Loosing her was a huge asset loss, because now the place is run by a joke of a man who is just ruining all the work she did.

There used to be a very wonderful lady who worked here, who was unfortunately hospitalized due to the place leaking carbon monoxide, which led to the other workers also quitting (rightfully so). This led to a guy named Blake taking over, who was horrendously rude and condescending. He took 3-4 weeks to even look at the car before deeming it unfixable in a day. He was annoyed that we would even call to check the status. He then left the keys in the unlocked car (professionalism at its finest). Only come here if you like having your time wasted and being talked down to.
