  I had a great experience Texas trailer world Chris was my associate that helped me get my trailer. I called. He had one and I said can you hold it for a couple of days till I get down there? He said no problem came down on Friday. took care of the paperwork got home and I’m very happy. I think you’d be happy with big tech trailer world located in Windsor Maine thanks again. Chris appreciate it.

  These guys were fantastic. Had me in an out after buying a new 16 ft landscape trail. Chris held the trailer for me over the weekend on only my word. I told him I would use my credit card to hold it till I could pick it up. He told me if I was coming back he would hold it. Very down to earth, an trustworthy. The specific trailer i was getting was cheaper by hundreds from another place i was looking at. While I was there doing my paper work 2 other people were in line to purchase trailers. Chris was setting mine up while showing another customer the right trailer for his needs. Samuel was doing my paperwork an made it very easy and fast. Thank you guys again for your service! I will definitely be back with any trailer needs in the future. I'm telling everyone looking for a trailer or even if they have questions, these guys are it! Thank you again Chris and Samuel!

  Great place to do business!! I purchased a 6.5 x 12 trailer and the experience was excellent. I had Chris Merservey as a sales person and he was very detailed oriented and knowledgeable about the product....great guy!! I would definitely do business here again and recommend this place to anyone looking for a new trailer!!

  No service after the sale. Ordered a brand new Stealth trailer in 2022 & had a nice experience. Last weekend I had an accident & needed repair. Called & spoke with Chris M, he requested pictures so he could get with the manufacturer for pricing. I sent the email, later confirmed arrival, then no response. Late the next day I called to get an update since I hadn't heard from him, he says "I have my email up now & no response yet" & no communication since. That was 10 days ago. Sensing Chris' lack of enthusiasm for my money, I called thier competitor & they took care of everything with my insurance company, ordered parts, had 6 days later, communicating that were in today d set me up with an appointment. All said & done, I'll be 2 weeks in with them & willing to bet no return call from Chris @ Big Tex. I was a suckers for buying from them.
