  Trevor made a crappy experience pleasant. There may be exceptions, but most (or all ) people who end up at the rental office are not thrilled to be there. I know I wasn’t thrilled. He was sympathetic to my woes. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills. Thanx Trevor.
