This was great because I didn't have to wait all day for a call. Really appreciate the turn around time! When i picked my van up I noticed the tire light was on. I went back in and they immediately fixed the issue. (Wasn't calibrated) after the swap. Highly recommend this location!!

I did have one tire that had a slow leak from the rim so it was bringing in the Low Air Pressure warning about every 60 days so I asked for a tire service which they did. But 6 days after my service visit, I am getting the Low Air warning again so a tire is still leaking. Will stop in to see them today or tomorrow and ask to have it fixed. Otherwise, I’m usually very happy with Sullivan Tire Westbrook, Maine.

Sullivans Caused 650 in damages. (I have video proof) Said they'd give me a refund so I could pay for repairs. I have texts and emails proving so. I haven't received my refund. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. They also quoted 1500 in additional work which wasn't needed.

I had a nail in my right rear tire with my own botched patch job, no appointment, and on a time crunch going into my work week. Nonetheless, Andrew had me come in immediately at 8am so he could take a look at it. Bracing for the worst, Andrew instead said I only needed the one tire and got it ordered right away from the Scarborough location. By 1pm, the work was done and my car was pulled up right to the front door waiting for me. This is the second time these guys have gotten me out of a tight spot on short notice and my fourth overall visit which have all been fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for all their honest help!
