    Great customer service with Griffin! He was very kind and professional and made sure I was comfortable with what I was driving. Great job! Its likely I'll go out of my way to get to this branch location next time I rent.

    Don't bother. Calling you will be put on hold listening to useless facts about enterprise until you hang up. Customers should not have to call to get holds on credit cards released days after returning and completing a rental. Not good service ...
