  Coming into a car dealership is never a fun experience but Tanner made it better. He has a bright cheerful attitude. He was very patient and took the time to make sure everything was good and he even helped link my phone to the car. No pressure it was a just a do you like it? There was no bait and switch tactics such as your trade in isn't worth this or you need to pay extra for that. The deal that he emailed me before i came in was the deal I signed to. The dealership has tons of paperwork to sign. Expect it to take at least 2 hours. It would be nice to do a lot of the prep work online such as credit approval but when I clicked the link, it was not functional. The bottom line is I love the new car and with 0% interest it was a good deal.

  My wife and I have purchased 5 new vehicles from Central Maine Toyota, dealing with Matt Loubier on every purchase. Two of our daughters have also purchased from Matt. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best experience and level of personal service that Matt and the team at Central Maine Toyota provides is unmatched. We will continue to travel an hour south to purchase our new vehicles.

  The salesman, Nick Souviney, was very helpful and he deserves my commendation. However the system used by Central Maine Toyota to set up the appointments is not good. I had an appointment for 04/1/2026 at 1 PM, which was set up by your automated system. I called last Friday to confirm the appointment. The person who took my call said, yes, your appointment is for April 1st at 1:00 PM. Do you want to change the date or what would you like to do? I said, I just wanted to make sure that the appointment is valid, and not just an automated message of it. She said, it was valid and confirmed. But when I came to the appointment, I was told they didn't know I was coming to purchase the vehicle. Also, I needed to be told that in order to buy it, I needed a vehicle inspection, which required to have renewed my registration. Unfortunately, my registration expired on March 31st. So, it was a very stressful experience. I would like better communication with a salesperson before coming to the appointment. I tried to contact Don Davidson by texting and email, but he just said, ok we will see you when you come. But I was not given any instructions of what I will need to do before coming to sign the papers. Fortunately, a man from the Ford dealership and workshop helped me figure out how to get the registration renewed. I don't remember his name but he provides an outstanding customer service. I appreciate that very much. Also the lady at the countertop was very diligent and helpful. Without their help we would have not been able to get the transaction done.

  Chris at the intake desk was very polite and kept me updated on the progress with offers to have the courtesy car take me to a local store because it was going to take more time than initially anticipated. The technician was great ! He came out to explain the progress and issues he was having trying to solve the problem- I appreciate that he didn’t give up ! My only concern is that when I left the hood was not latching properly which I found out while on the highway. I was unable to get it to latch . Chris was very helpful and concerned for safety- He made arrangements for someone to meet me to fix it but I managed to get it to close - he was very kind and encouraged me to call if further issues. He was apologetic and thanked me for my business

  I had a great experience working with my sales representative, Tanner Klasson, during my recent car purchase. He was always quick to respond to my messages and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. When an unexpected issue came up, he stayed on top of it and helped navigate everything efficiently, making sure it all got resolved without adding pressure on me. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to good customer service. I’m very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend working with him!
