  New format for service appointment ,including a video from the tech is a big improvement...but you need a bit of coaching on the audio side of the video. It was VERY hard to clearly hear the tech all the time--might be how he was holding the smart phone ,and/or he needs some coaching on voice tone/annunciation. Overall I like the dealership staff and physical layout. Having bought two new Promaster vans over the years from them if my experience there was not good I would not be driving two hours for service work there .

  Jake made the car buying process surprisingly easy and stress free. What stood out most was his honesty and patience. He didn’t rush me into a decision and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. Even during negotiations, he was fair and transparent, which is rare in this industry. Overall, working with Jake was a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who’s professional, straightforward, and actually cares about customer satisfaction, he’s definitely someone I’d recommend.

  This would be a one star but I really like Mike Lubier. He sold me my charger a couple years ago and I really liked his professionalism. Unfortunately he will not have my business in the future because of this problem. On the other hand, I have had quite a bit of a fiasco with their service department. The Ram that I bought from them in August had a starter issue and I called them to bring the truck to them and they said they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. This is in the middle of the winter and I have a 200-ft driveway with a plow on my truck. I could not wait so I went to Darlings in Newport RAM and had them repair the truck for me the next day. Next thing you know I get a bill for $881 from them saying that Chrysler Ram in Waterville will not release the tie back. So I called and made sure that everything was good to go and the service manager named Eric Davidson told me multiple times that it was good to go and it was not evidently because Ram in Newport says that they have a lock on this tie back. Now I am constantly getting bombarded with invoices from Ram in Newport telling me that I owe them that money where this was covered under the $7,000 warranty that I bought for the truck. I left a specific message for him ( Eric Davidson) and he did not respond This is the outcome of that.

  WARNING⚠️ DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! They will rip you off! My wife and I bought a car from this place and the salesman Jeff took advantage of my wife. He gave us a lousy $4000 on a trade-in for a car that they turned around and sold for $11,000. He took advantage of a woman that was alone and didn't understand what was happening to her. All he cared about was putting as much money in his pocket as possible. He overcharged us for the car, and the payments were very high. I will never buy a car from this place again.

  I'm on the fence about the service. First off, the customer service part is on par. No attitude from them. Very kind and courteous. Wife jeep had wiper motor issues, wheel bearing go which also damaged the wheel speed sensor (both these issues in same week) and we've been waiting forever for part to fix heated seat. My wife uses her jeep for work (rural mail delivery) so they understood the time constraints and got it all fixed(minus the wiper as they cant seem to get the part yet) all fixed it 1 day. We were super happy. Except we came to find out the heated seat is still not working correctly. The original issue was that it would work for 15-20 minutes then shut off and it would only come back on if you shut jeep off then back on. So now they are telling me it needs to be hooked to diagnostics and they only do that til 230 which means us jumping through hoops and her taking time off to fix something that we were told was fixed when in reality they could have someone do the diagnostics at a time convenient for US like 4/430 since THEY DID NOT fix the issue. They said "we drove it around the parking lot and everything was working". So, ya, they didnt listen to us and didnt take the original issue into account and let it run for more than 15 minutes to see if it would shut off. Currently VERY UNHAPPY.
