  Avis is usually my choice of rental car company due to the benefits offered through my CC but, after seeing their reviews at this location, I opted to pay a bit more and go with Alamo. Happy that I did as the rental process went pretty seamlessly. No line at the counter, fast pick-up and drop-off. Took me a minute to find the counter as the name is not as clearly displayed as some of the other companies. Walking through the uneven parking lot with luggage was a bit of a pain. Otherwise, great experience.

  We had a wonderful stay in Montenegro and an excellent experience with Alamo. We rented a Dacia Logan for two weeks: the car was spotless, the agency was transparent, and the team extremely responsive and available. At one point, a warning light appeared on the dashboard; we contacted Alamo by email around 10 PM and received a reassuring reply the very next morning. Their service was efficient, kind, and professional throughout. I had not booked any additional insurance, yet Alamo did not attempt to add any hidden or unfair charges. The only extra cost was the clearly stated border-crossing fee, which was mentioned upfront in the booking details. Thank you, Alamo, for such a smooth and trustworthy rental experience — it’s a real pleasure to find a car rental company you can rely on!

  Bei der Ankunft sowie bei der Rückgabe waren die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles lief unkompliziert und schnell. Das Auto war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Nicht mal 20.000 Kilometer. Nicht voll getankt, aber bei der Rückgabe haben wir dann einfach die gleiche Menge drin gelassen. Alles kein Problem. Wir können Alarmo absolut weiterempfehlen.
