- RSRita SklenarOct 7, 20255.0We were completely amazed with Paul from Enterprise in Trenton,Maine. We had been having issues with our rental in Pennsylvania since the onset of our vacation. Putting things off landed us with an emergency on our hands while en route to our hotel in Bar Harbor. We contacted our nearest Enterprise ,which was in Trenton,Maine at that point. Paul offered us options for tire repair with sister companies in the region. I let him know that the following day ,Id call back for a possible switch out if the tire issue worsened. As we continued to drive , tire pressure continued dropping fast. Panicking,we turned into an enterprise we found. It happened to be the Enterprise with Paul which I had just spoken with. Paul saved our day! Not only was he extremely attentive & professional,he had already made arrangements to switch out our vehicle. Not only was this a huge relief for our family of four traveling, it was the first time I had really ever experienced being "taken care of" by a company. His representation of customer service is truly unsurpassed. It's associates like Paul that make Enterprise a first choice for us. Thank you Enterprise and Thank you Paul! .
