- SSshannon solomonApr 11, 20261.0First time getting an oil change here. Truck was leaking oil immediately after. Took the truck back in, they said it was the filter gasket and “mistakes happen.” Got home and oil is still dripping. They said it’s from the skid plate catching the leak. I sure would expect a major clean up job if I screwed up someone’s oil change. Buyer beware!!!
- KGK GMar 25, 20261.0Went in for an Uber inspection we supposedly need on a special document So I did that. But I didnt get a new sticker on my car. But the document isn't even what I needed. I needed a new sticker on my car. Now they wont put the sticker on my car. They said an Uber inspection is different then a state inspection. No it is not. Uber wants the same inspection Maine wants. So I paid 23.50 for an inspection and no new sticker put on my car.
- JDJeff DoucetteFeb 21, 20261.0Unethical and incompetent. Got my car inspected. They failed it, telling me the breakpads were less than 3mm. They wouldn't tell me how many mm they were, so I brought it to Duval's. Duval's did a full break inspection and found the breakpads to be 4mm, passing inspection. Jiffy Lube wouldn't refund me. If you shake their hands, make sure you still have all your fingers.
- EBEthan BahramiFeb 20, 20261.0Went in for an oil change and upon receiving the invoice, I noticed the oil they used was too light for my vehicle. I immediately brought this to their attention and they said ‘their system’ shows the oil is suitable for climates below 0 C and that they don’t stock the recommended oil. Unfortunately, I have to drive my car most days, not just when it happens to be below freezing. They sent me on my way without any offer for resolution, so I had to go to a different shop to get the correct oil. Lesson learned, don’t trust Jiffy Lube.
