Everytime when I go to pick up my car when it is ready the drivers side floormat has dirty shoe prints on the mat. I didn't go back in this time to say anything. I would think they would put the paper mats they have into each & every car before they even get in to start their work.

I told her I had an appointment in an hour and so didn’t she the long and short of it was she was totally totally amazing. I could tell she had been there for a while write down to a finance guy. I think that took him seven minutes. It was crazy that I went to my appointment and I came back and picked it up. It was a simple as that it doesn’t get any better. I will be back.
