We drove 20 minutes down the road to another Jiffy Lube and we’re told every location has a 12ft clearance limit, so they would have been able to take us but didn’t feel like it. Waste of time and unprofessional. Didn’t even ask what our clearance was before turning us away.

All of the oil leaked out of her vehicle, the engine seized and the car had to be towed. This is a SLIMY establishment that takes advantage of customers and jeopardizes their safety.
