When Portland failed to deliver my rental to Moody's, I had to take an Uber to South Portland Enterprise. Alex was very professional and (believably) apologetic. She refunded my Uber and upgraded my rental. After the rental was complete, she left a very courteous voicemail apologizing one last time and thanked me for my business. Much appreciated!Sad that this rare, she is a keeper!!!

One of the tires was low on air. That took 2 hours at a tire shop during my trip, in the middle of nowhere. Could have been a worse situation; glad I found a shop and open on a Sunday.
