  The employees at Tire Warehouse (Scarborough, Me) were very professional and knowledgeable about their products and trade. However, the Tire Warehouse website seemed to be straight forward and easy to navigate until I went to get my tires installed and paid for. Apparently, the website doesn’t communicate with the shop because the tires that I ordered weren’t at the shop or available. I ended up having to purchase another tire (in stock) and paying nearly double of the quoted price.

  Very disappointed. We had a flat tire and the tow truck took us to Tire Warehouse where we ended up purchasing 4 new tires. Since the tires were installed I have had to put air in them about once a week. I tried to get an appt to have them fixed or find out why they are losing air and found it very hard to schedule. Once I finally had an appt. at 9 am this morning, I brought the car, was told they would take all 4 tires off and find out what is not right. I was told I would receive a call when all was done. I tried repeatedly to call to check on the car and no one answered. Even called the main number for the scheduler for all locations and was informed that he could not reach anyone. At 4 pm we went to the location and was met with the fact that they had forgotten about my car in their lot. Extremely poor service, responsibility and care. There was no interest in trying to make things right.

  When I first arrived to request a tire repair, I had to order one. I thought Joe and the guy with him were pretty helpful. Joe suggested I call him the next day re: the order if I didn't hear from him. I didn't hear from him by late afternoon and left a message which he never replied to. A few hours later, I went to the shop, and there was a different man, Michael and the employee. I explained my concern and mentioned that I never heard back. The employee (sorry, I don't know his name) showed me the note he left for Joe. Michael found my info, looked into it, and helped me. He was well-informed and very helpful. He, too, said he would call at an approximate time. Michael did call and put the tire on in no time flat. I want to support the company and continue to work there because there are some good people who want to help and are responsible. In the future, if I return and Joe is there, I will be cautious and wonder whether he will call me back or follow through on any offers or suggestions he makes. He needs to improve his communication and customer relations.
