When we contacted Portland Volvo Cars, instead of helping, we got the runaround. They said they’d need to “inspect for damage” and referenced an extended warranty we were never told about when buying the tires. To make matters worse, Kristien, the service manager, was dismissive and rude, telling us to “go to another dealer.” Now we’re stuck with a $650 defective tire that Portland Volvo sold us and refuses to stand behind. If this is how they treat loyal Volvo owners, stay far away from this less-than-reputable dealership. Absolutely unacceptable.
