I had dealt with a lot of car sales agents leading up to this meeting and was very impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and helpful T was. It never felt like he was pressuring me to make a decision and was helpful in showing a few different vehicles and kept me in mind when a new one showed up on their lot that met my criteria.
