From his genuine and kind approach to the ease of the transaction to his follow up made this process as stress free as it could have possibly been. There was no “hard sell” - it was just pure helpfulness and attention to detail. He answered our questions and took care of all of the steps. We will be coming back to work with him the next time we need a car!! Five stars and then some!! Thank you for the positive experience.

Not really surprised since this is the third vehicle we have purchased from Portland Volvo and we live in Bangor (a nearly 300 mile round trip) and have always received top notch service. A pleasure doing business with Mike and Portland Volvo.

I negotiated the purchase of a 2026 Volvo for my older sister and made it very clear after picking out the car she wanted that we did not want any of the dealership extras. I requested a signed preliminary price quote with sales tax, dealer prep etc. so my sister could just go in with a check in hand and a portion to finance. I was out of state on delivery day so couldn't be there but I was pretty confident that since we agreed on all the numbers it would just be about getting the keys to the car and be on her way. Against what I made very clear to them previously they talked her into an extended warranty for the sum of $7,566. They just conveniently added that onto her loan amount and decided to extend her loan from what I had stipulated as being 48 months, they changed to 60 months. Great car but a terrible experience with this dealership.

I live out of state and was in direct communication with management who promptly addressed all of my concerns. We quickly came to a deal with very little back and forth. My salesperson, Heather, could not have been better. She was so attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. If you are considering a purchase at Portland Volvo, ASK FOR HEATHER!!!!!!

Her quiet and professional manner helped to put me at ease so that I could focus on the task at hand. Her knowledge of the process as well as the functions of the car is quite strong and she helped to clarify and simplify the whole process for me. I highly recommend her to anyone especially women who know what the "hard" sell process feels like!
