  We had an absolutely incredible experience working with Corey at Range Rover Scarborough! We purchased our 2022 Honda Odyssey from him, and from start to finish he made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Corey was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping our family find the right vehicle — not just making a sale. He answered every question thoroughly, walked us through all the features, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. There was zero pressure, just honest guidance and great communication. Buying a vehicle can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Corey made it smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. We are so happy with our 2022 Honda Odyssey and truly appreciate the time and care he put into helping us.   I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Land Rover dealership in Scarborough, Maine. The manager, Lisa, provided some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and made it clear that my concerns didn’t matter at all. Instead of trying to resolve issues, she came across as rude and uninterested, which completely ruined what should have been a professional experience. For a luxury brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I will never return to this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone looking to be treated with respect.

Right from the start Mikhail made the experience feel personal, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and patient —taking the time to answer every question and making sure we felt completely confident and comfortable with our decision.   We recently purchased a vehicle and had a truly pleasant, stress-free experience. Corey was fantastic to work with and made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. He was patient and never once made us feel pressured. The entire process was seamless from test drives to financing. Every person we dealt with was upbeat, friendly and professional.   I have had my RR serviced by the Scarborough Dealership for a few years now. The last time they serviced my RR, my check engine light had just come on and I did not have an appointment. I just so happened to be on my way to Portland for a flight. I live 3 hours away so I was hoping they could service my car even though I didn’t have an appointment. Bryan and the service team were so nice and did everything they could to fit me in and get the car repaired in time for my return. Thank you LR Scarborough!
