  I never thought I’d buy a car from Land Rover, but as a part of the Goodwin Motor Group they had some great used vehicles that fit my budget. The staff there were all incredibly welcoming and even helped find a better interest rate than my credit union offered. My experience was smooth and easy. Thanks to Greg, Ryan, Sarah, and Charlie for all their work!

  We just purchased a Land Rover from here and had an excellent experience. Everyone we dealt with was great, but Sarah in particular was flat out amazing. She answered every question we had and there was never any pressure at all to do one thing or another. It was truly a seamless car buying experience!

  I purchased my previously loved Range Rover Sport from thw most incredible dealership and sales team! Anytime I have had concerns or issues they have been extremely responsive, courteous, and kind. I would highly recommend if you’re in the market for a Range Rover- new or loved- please go see them. They are priced fair and the service is exceptional.

  This is the worst dealership to deal with! My 1st car buying experience and they took full advantage of me. I purchase a car from them in March. I signed paperwork on the car 3 times because they couldn't get the paperwork right. Drove 3 hours to resign paperwork and was treated like a second class citizen when I complained that they should honor the deal we were originally signing paper work on the I was told NO . When I became upset ( I litterlly had 2 page left to sign . When the sales manager realized HE fat fingered my deal) the sales manager came out of his office and was aggressive and rude and said all the documents were not valid and snapped the very 1st document in my face and pretty much told my tough shit! When I went back the salesman told my self and my husband that we would received 3 free oil changes . I understand this is minor but another shining example of them not honoring their word. He never documented and we have now found out they will not honor their word! I was never given a new copy of my warranty . I was told i had a bumper to bumper warranty and was charged 4000$ for it to cover nothing. Requested a new copy of the warranty and was provided no information. Oh and my loan isn't even for the amount that I signed the paperwork for! This place is only in it for the money they dont care about the customer at all! I have all documents for verification of their poor business practices. They think they can do it because they are the only Land Rover dealership in Maine! Watch out Maine consumers! I won't even get started on the service department... I love my car but so disappointed I have to now drive out of state for a different dealership. I didnt even want to give one star but Google made me.

  Without a doubt the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have bought so many cars from so many dealerships over the years with this experience light years above all the rest. Mikhail and the entire crew were so nice, accommodating and willing to negotiate. It was pleasant with no pressure. They even gave the keys to the G Wagon to our 14 year old son so he could check it out while we waited. They were supportive of him looking at all the Land Rovers as he is a vehicle connoisseur. I can’t say enough good things about the buying experience at Land Rover Scarborough. Buy from them you won’t be disappointed.
