Long story short, my 2020 Hyundai Elantra had the software update for the theft problem. Unfortunately, the software caused conflicts with the remote starter. Adam and his staff worked on it twice, doing an extensive workaround until it was resolved. They are absolutely wonderful!

He had it fixed in a half hour and actually improved the system by adding detection of the back hatch being opened. I'm an electrical engineer and I can tell you this guy really knows what he's doing! A real expert! I would give a 10 star rating if I could.
