  I purchased a used car with part of an unknown radio still in the dash. My Dover Honda service advisor suggested I go to Sanford Sound, as the Honda dealer did not have the tools to remove the unknown radio remains from the dash. When I got to Sanford Sound I the person who waited on me was first of all very friendly, and second of all very knowledgeable. We went right out to the car so he could better understand my issues, and he offered to use the special tools that the Honda dealer didn't have to remove the radio from the dash, and he proceeded to do that. Once the radio was out of the dash, we could see that the wiring was much better set up for an aftermarket radio than a replacement that would be the same as what originally came with the car. After explaining this to me, he suggested a new radio that fit the dash and the aftermarket wiring that was already in the car, and quoted me a price that was only slightly higher than a used "original equipment" radio - a price I couldn't refuse. A big plus what that he was able to install it while I went for a walk, and when I came back to Sanford Sound it was all done and all ready for me. I COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE!!   My new GMC Sierra had a puny sound system. In Jan. 26 had Sanford Sound install a top shelf Alpine speaker set with amplification and now enjoy all my Spotify mix and UG Sirius Outlaw Country/UG Garage tracks as if the performers are in my cab. Excellent purchase experience. No hard sell, plenty of price levels if you are on a budget ANNND you can listen to what you will purchase on their sound board before you buy. You can drop off vehicle or stretch out in comfy waiting room and listen to their selection of tunes while sipping on complimentary coffee or tea. Every penny and minute spent was well worth it. I love driving my truck even more now with the exceptionally clear and crisp music.
