  Did not charge me to look at it and made a list of what exactly it needed. I was referred to Todd and extremely nice guy. Total was very expensive just for heater core alone, but it's a very involved job just for that alone. I plan on putting aside the money for car repairs with my new Career for any future services I will need from them. I feel I am in safe hand at Sullivan Tire in Sanford, Maine. 🥰

  Billy shouldn’t be allowed to work on lil tikes vehicles let alone real cars on the road. Damages rims leaves everything a mess. Tires still had googone on them. Lug cap was bent and damaged. Only saving grace was Andrew only person that knows what they’re doing from what I saw. Management was meh.

  They have no idea what they were doing. I had a very slow leak in my tire. I brought it in to get fixed. They told me it was the valve and it was all fixed. Since they claimed it was fixed I didn't think to keep checking my tire pressure after. Well, 6 days later I end up with a flat on the highway 50 miles from home with 2 kids and a destroyed tire. The people who fixed it said because I was driving it with low pressure it ruined the tire. Clearly it still had the leak. These tires were 3 months old. I had to buy a brand new tire because Sullivan tire claimed it was fixed when it was not, causing more damage. Sullivan tire said it wouldn't have happened 6 days later. It was a slow leak so it took a bit to get down to dangerous PSI levels, which should be common sense. They did refund me for them "fixing" my tire but refused to do anything else so now I'm out the cost of a brand new tire because they don't know how to do their job. Edit to reply to business: Nice job trying to cover up your mistake but I'll choose to listen to the professionals. The flat was caused by driving on a tire with low air because you didn’t fix the leak that you claimed you did.
