The email response does not exist, it says 1 business day but I haven’t gotten any response to multiple emails over the coarse of 9 days. The instructions for device removal are not correct and getting the device out is posing to be a multi week process, maybe longer, still trying. I changed my rating on this because after I wrote it I got a response. That response was quick, very thorough and all negative things that had happened were taken care of completely. Patricia took everything and righted it all in about 36 hours! Thank you for stepping up and doing an excellent job!
