I appreciate the guy making eye contact and telling me one moment when he was on the phone. Genuinely a great experience. They also have a rewards program that has encouraged me to come back. The store is clean and organized. It shows that the owner cares and their over all attitude and willingness to help shows me as a newish customer , there is no other place to go for my car needs.
