  I am not one to leave a review either good or bad. However, I must give a shout out for our salesman Mike K. Mike was amazing! He was thoughtful, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our vehicle! He was never pushy or made me feel uncomfortable!   I bought a used Tacoma in the beginning of June. The sales lady Tanaj, was very helpful in getting the truck out front for me when I showed up after work on a Friday. I didn’t want to sit around for hours like I had at Ira Toyota. She handed me keys and told me a route for a good test ride. Truck had good braking but was obvious to me the pads and rotors needed replacing because they weren’t wearing evenly across the rotors. I asked for new front brakes because let’s be honest, that’s not how you should sell a car. The sales manager asked me what I did for work and when he found out I was in the auto industry, made it seem like he’d get me a deal. They didn’t negotiate on price at all. I made it explicitly clear I would be paying for the sales tax at my town hall during registration, and no one explained to me that tax must be wrapped into financing until I was presented a total sale number that did not match what I’d calculated. When I went back in on Saturday I was not presented with all financing options, only one from fifth third bank. I checked my credit a month later to see that they’d gone thru the credit union I requested so why wasn’t that financing offered to me? I feel like the truck is good for what it is but the financial part did not feel very honest at all. After I got the truck home I found a huge gash on the back bed and bumper that had been poorly touched up. I prefer more transparency. I feel like they were not honest. Not necessarily a bad place but head on a swivel next time I buy from a dealer. Ask all the questions!
