  I identified a Jeep Grand Cherokee online, and worked with Mike by phone and text to negotiate a trade-in and put a deposit down on the vehicle with zero hassle. It couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. I’d highly recommend working with him and will be back here next time we need a new vehicle.

  Went and looked at a Chevy Traverse. Pretty good deal test drove it. The wife and I were ready to close the sale. Being a weekend and we wanted to finance through our own bank we couldn’t sign the paperwork until Monday. The salesman was great and willing to work with us. Unfortunately his boss was not. He told us he doesn’t hold car’s for anybody and the price was listed low online by there mistake and if we didn’t agree to buy that day the price was going up! (What he didn’t know was the salesman already told us they list the prices online lower then on the lot to get people to come in.) he was very blunt and pretty much said he didn’t care if we bought the car or not. It was a Saturday around noon. They were closed on Sunday and we planned on showing up first thing Monday with check in hand. But when we were told the price is going up if we don’t decide now. We just left. We ended up buying a Chevy Traverse somewhere else and even paid more for a newer one but it was worth it. Like I said The salesman was great..... it was his boss that was a jerk and he was the reason why we took our business somewhere else

  We recently purchased a Dodge Durango from Prime Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and we can’t say enough about how happy we are with our experience (from start to finish). Tammy, our sales person was attentive, kind and not pushy in the least. We would highly recommend her! The sales manager Joe was great to work with as well and then the finical piece was a breeze with Gayle. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle then this is the place to go!
