  I have used enterprise frequently and have spent thousands of dollars over the last few years and I have never been more disappointed by the quality of service than I am with the Saco location. I have a card on file that has been used at this and other locations several times and at times, for large amounts of money. I called the location last week to pay a balance of just under $200.00. While I was on the call with the male agent he claimed that the card was declining. The card was used for the entirety of this particular rental period. Just a couple days ago the card was run by this location for the balance of just over $20 for tolls!!! Which I was expecting! So why wouldn’t it run for the other payment?! It works for all of my bills with no issues. I told him that I would try to go to their location with a different card to take care of this matter by this Friday. I tried calling this location SEVERAL times and got no answer!!! I shouldn’t have to be chased down or threatened to be black listed via voicemail because the phone on their end isn’t being answered! I’m taking the time away from work to make sure that I can call back and that time is the only time I have! I shouldn’t be treated like this because of a card that was declining on their end! I am just very disappointed with the lack of support from this employee. I understand that he has a job to do and he needs to get the payment. However I was not not avoiding this payment whatsoever and that is how he chose to proceed with this matter! The card wasn’t working and the money was in there! I tried to return the call again three times today but I couldn’t get through to anyone. So I looked up a customer service number for Enterprise and spoke with a gentleman who ran the same exact card and within seconds the balance was taken care of. He looked at my payment history and agreed that I have in fact paid for every single transaction with zero outstanding balances until this happened! It was only outstanding because of whatever glitch was going on at the Saco location. Something so simple turned into something so unnecessary! This employee knows that I have rented multiple times and that I have ALWAYS paid for my rental agreements! If I was not a reoccurring customer I would absolutely understand the blow up and the threats of not being able to rent from them again!!! But I am a loyal customer who has always paid for the services provided.

  I rented a vehicle from this location 10/30/25. Natalie was exceptional in handling my reservation. I was traveling due to a family emergency. She got my car ready ASAP and was extremely kind given my situation. Upon returning the vehicle she was thoughtful enough to check in with me on how I was and how my family was. I really appreciated her kindness and attention to her customers needs and situations. 5 star rating to Enterprise and especially to Natalie!

  Picked up a rental here recently and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the process was quick and easy. The car I received was practically brand new (under 10k miles) and very clean. Overall, smooth experience from start to finish—would definitely rent here again.
