Bought tires there the damaged my rim but not to the point it wasn’t drivable. 1st tire rotation seemed to go well. 2nd rotation had to ruin a lugnut and post because previous person cross threaded it. So have to drive and pay someone to fix it. Free tire rotation cost me more money than paying somewhere else to… irritated they’re not making it right

The service was prompt, friendly and efficient, all the guys were great. My car was taken in immediately and I was surprised at how fast they were done. Kaleb talked to us the whole time we were there and the techs talked to us when they were done. Overall, a great experience here and prices were very reasonable

3 Stars In January of 2026, I had scheduled an appointment online through the website, not over the phone. Tire Warehouse uses a call center, and it is very hard to understand and make appointments over the phone with them. It is better to just call the branch directly for appointments. Appointment was for winter tires swapped, alignment, and TPMS reset on a 2007 Toyota Highlander. The service was fast initially, it took about an hour. After the car was done, the tires looked fine, but there were a few issues I noticed: the TPMS light was still on, and my steering wheel was positioned at 2 o'clock when driving straight. I went right back, and, after talking with the service desk person, he said they could fix it the steering wheel. After another hour of waiting, it was "fixed," however, the wheel is now positioned at about 11:30 o'clock when driving straight, almost like an over correction. I couldn't wait another hour, so I called it barely passable. I have had an ok experience with their mounting and balancing services in the past, but this was terrible work on the alignment. I know accurate alignments are really important for long tire life as well. Alignments are generally an easy job with a calibrated machine, and a trained tech. I understand they may be short staffed, and busy, but this was poor workmanship. The desk person was helpful and kind, so there is some credit due there. Waiting area was ok, however, the air fresheners they put in the ventilation system are super strong, and do not smell great.

Wow, looking through some previous reviews shows more than a few people had my same experience. Showed up for a scheduled appointment and the place isn’t even open, no one around. Can’t get through to anybody there on the phone, instead you get some call center person who says they’ll have a representative call you back and then never happens. This is after a previous visit where we had scheduled an appointment and we showed up while they were actually open but they didn’t have our appointment scheduled or the tires I had already ordered. We drove down the road to VIP where they squeezed us in on 5 minutes notice and were very polite and professional. I’d recommended anybody go there instead.

I had scheduled an appointment for 12/30/25, to get an oil change, tire replacement/fixed, as well as an alignment (after said tire is fixed). Called, got it all setup, scheduled and approved. I get to my appointment around 8:45, early enough to get myself checked in, and wait. Oddly enough, there is no signage indicating they are open, and no one inside to help either. I had called what seemed to be the service center, the woman was very kind and helpful. She had called the Rockland location to verify they were open, and she had gotten no answer. Was suppose to hear back from the supervisor… it is currently 1hr 30mins since I’ve last called them, and have heard nothing. If I could leave no star, I absolutely would. This is unacceptable and absolutely horrible service.
