  Needed 4 new all weather tires for my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek..Tire warehouse matched the dealer price which was an hour drive away and brought my car in the next am as I was taking a 7 hour drive that day. Great service!

  I used to really like tire Warehouse but I'm really disappointed in it now they did my brakes wrong they did not give me a friend and alignment right they broke my tire stem on my rim by talking it too tight I ruined a whole set of tires front tires because they did not do the alignment right

  Came to have my rear tire checked out because it was leaking air pretty quickly. They got me in and out in less than 20mins (it was a broken stem) and didn’t charge me a thing. Kind, quick, and completely competent. Would definitely recommend!

  My experience was bad this trip. First I stopped by on a Monday they were closed due to staff shortages. Went back Tuesday ordered tires and made appointment to have them installed. I arrived on time to be told after about a half hour that previous employees had stolen almost all the tools needed. They needed a breaker bar for a couple of lug nuts, which they didn’t have. The young lady(Manager) was obviously embarrassed. She told me she had to call corporate to get approval to purchase said breaker bar. The first bar showed up, then she informed me it was the wrong size so another had to be ordered. The next bar arrived and she went to help the one tire tech that was there, who drove from the brewer tire warehouse to the Rockland location because of no staff. A few minutes later she came out again and informed me that the tool on the tire machine wasn’t the right size so they couldn’t mount any of my tires. We were both frustrated at this point because it had already been 2 hours of me sitting there getting nothing accomplished. The young lady obviously up set and embarrassed offered me a discount on my tire purchase where they couldn’t mount them because of not having the right tools. I left and went to VIP and they mounted my tires. Corporate needs to check these locations out to ensure they have all tools required to perform services. This was in no fault of the young lady manager, it was a failure from the top down. I hope they take care of the young lady and provide her with tools, equipment and staff that she needs to be successful.
