  I have been a patron at Sullivan’s for many years have personally had only good experiences up until today. I dropped my car off at 9am for an oil change/tire changeover. I called at 230 to check on the status and was told it would be ready before everyone went home. I hadn’t received a call at 445 so decided to drive and just wait at the shop. I walked into the shop right at 5. I asked about the length of service and was told it would have been completed much faster had I just waited there. At 510, the car was ready. I’m not sure I was owed an apology. The car was ready same day as advertised, but service had never taken so long and I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a customer. I certainly did not feel like family as the poster in the store boasts. Although this is my first bad interaction, I was running point on the auto services for my wife’s car because she no longer feels comfortable interacting with the staff there.

  I scheduled this appointment several days in advance and dropped my car off at 7am for routine services (oil change, tire rotation, wheel balance, and alignment check). The vehicle mileage was provided at scheduling and visible in their system the entire time. After waiting roughly 9 hours, I was informed about one hour before closing that most of the requested services would not be performed because the vehicle was approximately 1,400 miles early relative to the recommended maintenance schedule. As a result, they refused to perform the oil change, check the alignment, or rotate the tires. This was never communicated at scheduling or at drop-off, despite the mileage being known upfront. If early maintenance is not something this location is willing to perform, that expectation should be clearly stated earlier — not at the end of the day after holding the vehicle, especially with the shop closed the following day.
